| dc.description.abstract | Tématem bakalářské práce je Ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s hydrocefalem. Skládá se ze dvou částí teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je stručně popsána anatomie mozku, dále funkce, cirkulace a resorpce mozkomíšního moku. V další kapitole je popsán hydrocefalus, jeho klasifikace, etiologie, symptomatologie a diagnostika. Součástí této kapitoly je také historie hydrocefalu. Dále se práce zabývá normotenzním hydrocefalem pro jeho komplikovanou problematiku. Dále je probrané spektrum zákroků využívaných v terapii hydrocefalu a také komplikace související s operačním výkonem. V praktické části je zpracován ošetřovatelský proces u dvou pacientů s rozdílným typem hydrocefalu. Je popsán průběh hospitalizace, a zejména rozdíl v přístupu k pacientovi s obstrukčním hydrocefalem a k pacientovi s normotenzním hydrocefalem. Praktická část je rozšířena o informační materiál ošetřovatelské péče pro studenty zdravotnických škol, kteří se podílejí na ošetřování pacientů s hydrocefalem. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of my bachelor's thesis is a Nursing process for patients of the hydrocephalus. It consists of two parts theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part there is briefly described brain anatomy, the function, circulation and resorption of the cerebrospinal fluid. In the next part there is described hydrocephalus, its classification, etiology, symptomatology and diagnostics. This chapter also includes history of hydrocephalus. Then this thesis is focused on the normal pressure hydrocephalus for its complicated character. Then is made a list of procedures used in the therapy of hydrocephalus and I also mentioned complications related to the surgery. In the practical part there is done nursing process with two patients with different type of hydrocephalus. Is described the process of hospitalization and especially the difference between the access to the patient with obstructive hydrocephalus and patient with the normal pressure hydrocephalus. The practical part is extended with an information leaflet of nursing care for students of nursing schools, who take care of patients with hydrocephalus. | en |
