| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se skládá zteoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na anatomii gastrointestinálního traktu. Větší pozornost je ovšem věnovaná samotnému kolorektálnímu karcinomu jeho diagnostice, sreeningu, léčbě i prevenci. V neposlední řadě je zmiňován i karcinom anu a jeho léčba. Praktická část obsahuje metodiku, cíle, kazuistiky, statistické zpracování, diskuzi a závěr. Mé cíle byly přiblížit problematiku tohoto onemocnění na několika kazuistikách, porovnat četnost tohoto onemocnění u mužů a žen a to i v určitém věku a porovnat četnost jednotlivých metod u pacientů s touto diagnózou. | cs |
