dc.description.abstractMoje bakalářská práce je antropologickým výzkumem v prostředí amatérského fotbalového klubu TJ Sokol Černovice. Předmětem mého výzkumu jsou členové místního oddílu. Hlavním cílem mé práce je popsat komunitu jako celek. Zaměřím se na dynamické procesy konstrukce identity a popíši mechanismy distribuce moci uvnitř oddílu. V první části mé práce vymezím teoretická východiska, ze kterých budu dále vycházet. V části druhé popíši klub skrze jeho pozici v organizaci soutěžních struktur. Třetí část pak věnuji aplikaci premis vzešlých z mé teoretické základny na sociální jevy pozorované během mého terénního výzkumu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMy bachelor thesis is an anthropological research situated in area of amateur fotball club TJ Sokol Černovice. The conrete object of my fieldwork are members of the local fotball community in town Černovice. My position in this community is very complicated because of my membership in it. The main goal of my work is to describe the image of this community as a whole. I focus especially on the dynamic processes through which is an indentity constructed. Another aim is a description of power distribution. The first part of my work is about the theoretical background for my observation. In the second part I explain the situation of TJ Sokol Černovice in a context of local competitive structure. In the third part I apply the theoretical concepts on a topic of my research.en
