dc.description.abstractV rámci diplomové práce jsou analyzovány vztahy mezi Evropskou unií a Běloruskem, a to v kontextu Východního partnerství. Bělorusko je zemí nacházející se v geografickém středu Evropy, což mu dává geopoliticky významnou pozici mezi EU a Ruskou federací. Bělorusko si po rozpadu Sovětského svazu snažilo vybudovat multivektorovou zahraniční politiku, která v období let 2009-2012 balancovala více či méně mezi dvěma výše uvedenými stranami. Cílem bylo zjistit, zda Východní partnerství po třech letech svého působení pomocí navázaných vztahů vedlo k vnitropolitické změně uvnitř nedemokratického Běloruska.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedDiploma thesis intents to analyze relations between the European Union and Belarus within the context of Eastern Partnership. Belarus is a country situated in the geographical centre of Europe which gives it an important position between the EU and the Russian federation. After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, Belarus tried to establish multi-vector foreign policy which balanced during 2009 - 2012 more or less between the two above mentioned sides. My aim was to find out whether the Eastern Partnership, after three years of its operation through established relations, led to a change in the domestic politics of nondemocratic Belarus.en
