dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce pojednává o nejčastějších patogenech, které vyvolávají lymfadenopatií. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku původců chorob, klinických příznaků pod-statných pro určení diagnózy a jejich vývoj v čase. Nedílnou součástí je vysvětlení cílených laboratorních vyšetření, základních terapeutických postupů a možností prevence popsaných onemocnění. Praktická část je věnovaná laboratorním metodám, které byly použity při diagnostice příslušných infekčních agens a statistickému zpracování dat poskytnutých FN Plzeň za období 2017 až 2021. Ve výsledcích jsou uvedeny počty zachycených akutních případů jednotlivých onemocnění. Četnost onemocnění v jednotlivých letech je zachycena na výsečových grafech a následně vytvořený trend znázorňuje klesající trend počtu akutních infekcí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn this bachelor's thesis, the most common pathogens that cause lymphadenopathy are discussed. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of the causative agents of diseases, clinical symptoms essential for determining the diagnosis and their development over time. An integral part is the explanation of targeted laboratory examinations, basic the-rapeutic procedures, and the possibilities of prevention of the described diseases. The practical part is dedicated to the laboratory methods that were used in the diagnosis of the relevant infectious agents and the statistical processing of the data provided by the FN Pilsen for the period 2017 to 2021. The results show the number of detected acute cases of individual diseases. The frequency of the disease in individual years is recorded on pie charts, and the subsequently created trend shows a decreasing trend in the number of acute infections.en
