| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou a rozborem nákladů a zdrojů financování dlouhodobé péče o osoby s duševním a mentálním postižením. V práci je zmapována síť služeb, které jsou těmto osobám poskytovány, a jsou popsány vybrané skupiny psychiatrických diagnóz, kategorie a stupně závislosti na péči. Dále je provedena analýza nákladových a výnosových toků na klienta chráněného bydlení o.s. Ledovec a na pacienta Psychiatrické léčebny Petrohrad. Pro alokaci nákladů a výnosů jsou definovány různé modely kalkulací. Závěrem jsou porovnány výše nákladů a výnosů připadající na klienta, resp. pacienta. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This diploma thesis deals with the issue and analysis of costs and sources of funding of long-term care of people with psychical and mental handicap. The thesis presents an overall study of services that are provided to such people and describes selected groups of psychiatric diagnosis, categories and degrees of dependency on care. Furthermore an analysis of cost and revenue flows per each client of the sheltered housing provided by the civic association Ledovec and per each patient of the Petrohrad psychiatric sanatorium has been carried out. Several different calculation models have been defined for the allocation of costs and revenues. The final chapter compares the costs and revenues falling on each client/patient. | en |
