dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá tématem osoby Alberta Speera při ojedinělé ukázce mezinárodního práva v praxi Norimberském procesu, který se konal po ukončení druhé světové války ve dnech 20. listopadu 1945 - 1. října 1946. Práce pojednává o Speerovi především kvůli značné spornosti a kontroverzi, kterou vyvolává již jeho působení během válečných let v těsné blízkosti Adolfa Hitlera. Hitlerův architekt, později ministr zbrojního průmyslu, a nakonec obžalovaný nacistický zločinec byl souzen a odsouzen v Norimberku spolu s dalšími představiteli Třetí říše jako byl například říšský maršál Hermann Göring, admirál Karl Dönitz či vedoucí NSDAP Rudolf Hess.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe graduate thesis deals with the case of Albert Speer in the course of a unique demonstration of international law in practice the Nuremberg Trials, which were held after the end of World War II between 20 November 1945 and 1 October 1946. The thesis discusses Speer's case especially for the mootness and controversy which is evoked through his close involvement in Adolf Hitler's service during the war years. Being Hitler's architect and the minister of armaments later on, Speer was finally accused of war crimes for which he was judged and condemned along with other representatives of the Third Empire like Reichsmarschall Hermann Göring, admiral Karl Dönitz or Deputy Führer of the NSDAP Rudolf Hess.en
