dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce na téma Vakuová biopsie prsu pomocí mammotomu se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na onemocnění, která mohou postihnout prsní žlázu a jejich diagnostiku. Dále je popsána anatomie a typologie prsní žlázy. V praktické části předkládám kazuistiky pacientek, které podstoupily toto vyšetření, a snažím se zjistit úlohu vakuové biopsie prsu při diagnostice chorob prsní žlázy.	cs

In the teoretical part, I focused on disease that can affect mammary gland and diagnosis. Further describes anatomy of the mammary gland and typology. In the practical part, I presenting a case study of patiens who underwent this examination and I´m trying to figure out the role of vacuated breast biopsy with mammotome in the diagnosis of disease on mammary gland.	en
