dc.description.abstractVe své diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou vývoje hrdelního soudnictví v Chebské a Loketské oblasti od jeho počátku až do konce 19. století, kdy tato hrdelní jurisdikce zaniká. Na základě dobových pramenů a odborné literatury jsem se pokusila nastínit vývoj této zvláštní soudní jurisdikce.cs
