dc.description.abstractTématem této práce je monistický model vnitřní struktury akciové společnosti. Autor se zabývá v současnosti platnou právní úpravou tohoto modelu dle zákona o obchodních korporacích, především s ohledem na právní úpravu tohoto modelu, jež nabude účinnosti 1. ledna 2021. Část zabývající se novelizovanou úpravou je stěžejní bodem této práce, čemuž odpovídá rozsah prostoru a pozornosti, jež jí je věnován. Dále je v práci česká právní úprava monistického modelu komparována s vybranými zahraničními úpravami tohoto modelu (USA, Velká Británie, Francie Itálie).cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this thesis is a monistic model of the internal structure of a joint stock company. The author deals with the currently valid regulation of this model under the Business Corporations Act, especially with regard to the legal regulation of this model, which will come into effect on 1 January 2021. The part dealing with the amended regulation is the main point of this work, which corresponds to the extent of the space and attention it is devoted to. The thesis also compares the Czech legislation of the monistic model with selected foreign modifications of this model (USA, UK, France, Italy).en
