| dc.description.abstract | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na mezinárodní migraci pracovní síly. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit současnou pracovní migraci v České republice, identifikovat její důsledky a navrhnout opatření vedoucí ke snížení negativních dopadů. Důvodem výběru tohoto tématu je zvyšující se potřeba věnovat pozornost této problematice, která má zásadní význam pro rozvoj sociálně-ekonomického a kulturního prostředí všech států. První část diplomové práce se zabývá teorií dané problematiky a na základě dostupných českých i zahraničních zdrojů popisuje základy mezinárodní migrace, zejména typy a příčiny migrace, hlavní centra přitažlivosti migrantů a dopady pracovní migrace na hostitelské a dárcovské země. Druhá část práce se věnuje analýze současné situace pracovní migrace v České republice. Jako podklad pro analýzu zkušeností cizinců v oblasti pracovní migrace do České republiky byl proveden a zpracován průzkum mezi migranty a společnostmi zaměstnávajícími zahraniční pracovní sílu. Dále jsou identifikovány důsledky migrace pro Českou republiku. V závěru jsou prezentovány návrhy opatření vedoucích ke snížení negativních dopadů migrace do České republiky. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The presented diploma thesis is focused on international labor migration. The main goal is to analyze and evaluete current labor migration in the Czech Republic, to identify its consequences and to propose measures to reduce negative impacts. The reason for choosing this topic is an increasing need to devore this issue, which is crucial fot the development of socio-economic and cultural environment in all countries. The first part of the diploma thesis introduces theoretical terms of this issue and on the basis of the available Czech and foreign sources describes the basics of international migration, especially the types and causes of migration, the main centers of attraction for migrants and the impact of labor migration on host and donor countries. The second part represents the analysis of the current situation of labor migration in the Czech Republic. The analyzing of experience of foreigners in the area of labor migration to the Czech Republi is carried out using the semi-structures interviews with migrants and companies employing foreign labor. Then the identification of consequences of migration for the Czech Republic follow. In conclusion are presented possible proposal for measures to reduce the negative impact of migration to the Czech Republic. | en |
