dc.description.abstractCieľom práce je priblížiť históriu a súčasnú situáciu vybraných orientálnych pravoslávnych cirkví v Sýrii, so zameraním sa na mesto Aleppo. Práca sa zaoberá socio-politickou pozíciou príslušníkov Arménskej apoštolskej a Sýrskej pravoslávnej cirkvi voči vládnucim systémom v krajine, ako aj v zmienenom meste. Práca je časovo ohraničená od obdobia vlády Osmanov až po súčasnosť.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe primary goal of this work is to describe the socio-political position of the Oriental Orthodox Churches in Syria, especially in the city of Aleppo. The thesis focuses on two selected Oriental Churches that have been present in Aleppo: the Armenian Apostolic Church and the Syrian Orthodox Church. The thesis describes the significance of the selected churches and their members throughout the history of Syria, beginning with the Ottoman Era up till 2016.en
