dc.description.abstractZávěrečná bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na specifika ošetřovatelské péče o jedince s poruchou autistického spektra. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje etiologii poruch autistického spektra včetně historického vývoje, rozdělení a definování jednotlivých poruch, jejich diagnostiku a triádu symptomů. Dále seznámím čtenáře s problematikou poruch autistického spektra u dospělých jedinců, s přidruženými chorobami a prognózou. V neposlední řadě s rolí sestry v péči o děti s poruchami autistického spektra, ošetřovatelským procesem a jeho specifiky. Praktická část je realizována formou rozhovorů s matkou dítěte s poruchou autistického spektra a se sestrou pracující na dětské psychiatrii. Na základě výsledků šetření jsou pro zdravotnické pracovníky vypracovány zásady a doporučení v péči o dítě s PAS.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMy final work is focused on a specifics of nursing care for individual with autistic spectrum disorder. The thesis is divided in theoretical part and practical. The theoretical part contains the etiology of autism spectrum disorders and their historical development, distribution and definition of various disorders, their diagnosis of a triad of symptoms. Furthermore, I will acquaint the reader with autistic spectrum disorders in adults, with associated diseases and prognosis. Finally, the role of nurses in the care of children with autism spectrum disorders, nursing process and its characteristics. The practical part is realized in the form of interviews with the mother of a child with autism spectrum disorder and nurses working in child psychiatry. Based on the results of the investigation are for healthcare professionals developed guidelines and recommendations in the care of a child with ASD.en
