dc.description.abstract-translatedThe author of the article proposes the concept of creating an operational theory of law, which is based on linguistic and legal analysis of data, i.e. complete sets of legal documents. By theory in this sense, we mean a conceptual structure that explicates data. It is clear from the studies to date that the normative concepts of classical theory of law cannot be operationalized. The author sees the starting point in recognizing atomic legal terms and creating networks representing their relations. Theoretical concepts are functions operating above an empirical structureen
