dc.description.abstractHlavním cílem diplomové práce je potvrdit, že edukace pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou příznivě ovlivňuje adherenci k léčbě a přispívá k lepším léčebným výsledkům. Jako adherenci jsme si pro výzkumnou část této práce stanovili spolupráci pacienta při dlouhodobé auto-aplikaci injekční terapie při chronickém onemocnění. Jako dílčí cíle jsme si zvolili, zda má edukace vliv na výskyt lokálních nežádoucích účinků při špatné aplikaci injekcí, význam informovanosti a porovnání subjektivního a objektivního hodnocení adherence. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice nemoci a vysvětlení pojmů vztahujících se k tématu. Empirická část zahrnuje výzkumné šetření, které bylo vedeno formou kvantitativního typu výzkumu pomocí anonymního dotazníkového šetření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main aim of the thesis is to find out whether education has effect to adherence to treatment and contributes to better therapeutic outcomes. As an adherence, we have determined patient co-operation for long-term self-injection of injecting therapy for the research part of this work. As partial aims, we chose whether education should have an effect on the occurrence of local adverse events when injections were poor, the importance of awareness and the comparison of subjective and objective adherence assessments. The theoretical part describes disease and explains the concepts related to the topic of work. The practical part includes a research investigation that was conducted through research using an anonymous questionnaire survey.en
