dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce seznamuje s vysoce specializovanou nemocniční neodkladnou péčí o potenciální dárce orgánů. Teoretická část vytváří přehled o právní legislativě transplantačního programu, diagnostice smrti mozku a následné péče o dárce orgánů. Ve výzkumné části jsou analyzovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, zjišťující úroveň informovanosti a postoje laické veřejnosti k programu dárcovství orgánů. Poslední částí této práce je kazuistika zaměřená na péči o dárce orgánů.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on high specialized hospital emergency care of potential organ donors. A theoretical part comprises a summary of the legal legislation of a transplantation programme, a diagnosis of cerebral death and special aftercare of an organ donor. A research part is aimed at analysis of questionnaire results detecting the level of awareness and attitudes of the general public to the organ donation programme. A last part includes a case study focused on the care of an organ donor.	en
