| dc.description.abstract-translated | In the presented thesis we aim on the examination of the nature of the legal cer tainty as one of the imanent principles of the rule of law. Also we in the next section we make a reference to the impact of one of the most significant negative phenomenon in slovak legislature, namely hypertrophy of the legislation on the stability of legal relationships. Coming from the general to a concrete signs we attempt to classify the principle of legal certainty into legal-theoretical context of principles which define the state as a legal-based establishment and in the following section we turn our attention to the above-mentioned unwanted phenomenon based on overusing the law for the regulation of interpersonal relations. We point out to some certain reasons of the phenomenon, which is also known as „legislative storm,“ or hypertrophy of legal norms, we underline the negative consequences of this unwanted status and in the final section we try to come up with potential solutions pro futuro. | en |
