dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce "Způsoby řešení reorganizace," se zabývá institutem reorganizace, jakožto jednoho ze způsobu řešení dlužníkova úpadku nebo hrozícího úpadku dle zákona č. 182/2006, o úpadku a způsobech jeho řešení, jak z pohledu "de lege lata," tak z pohledu "de lege ferenda." Rovněž srovnává dopad NOZ, zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., na institut reorganizace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Methods of Realisation of Reorganisation "de lege lata" and "de lege ferenda" is a master's thesis focusing on the description of implementation and practice of the reorganisation bankruptcy law procedure, which was transponed and modified from the original form of reorganisation procedure pursuant to the USBC's Chapter 11. This master's thesis is also focused on the impact of the new Czech civil code on the institute of reorganisation.en
