dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá rolí sestry při poskytování ošetřovatelské péče obézním pacientům v chirurgii. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na popis obezity, komplikací spojených s tímto onemocněním a možností prevence, podpory a léčby. Dále je práce zaměřena na poskytování ošetřovatelské péče před, během a po operačním výkonu u obézních pacientů, a na rizika spojená s ošetřovatelskou péčí u těchto pacientů. Praktická část poskytuje údaje získané na základě zkušeností, znalostí, názorů a návrhů všeobecných sester chirurgického oddělení a operačního sálu, které se týkají komplikací spojených s poskytováním ošetřovatelské péče obézním pacientům. Na základě výzkumného šetření jsou v závěru práce formulovány odpovědi na výzkumné otázky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the role of the nurse in providing nursing care to obese patients in surgery. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the description of obesity, the complications associated with this disease and the possibilities of prevention, support and treatment. Furthermore, the work is focused on providing nursing care before, during and after surgery in obese patients and the risks associated with nursing care in these patients. The practical part provides data gained from the experience, knowledge, views and suggestions of nurses of the Surgical Unit and the operating room regarding the complications associated with the provision of nursing care to obese patients. Based on the research, at the end of the thesis are formulated answers to research questions.en
