dc.description.abstract	V práci se zabývám problematikou léčby dětského astmatu a vlivu rekondičních klimatických pobytů. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku onemocnění astma bronchiale, klimatoterapií a plicní rehabilitací a jejími složkami, které jsou důležitou součástí léčby. V praktické části se zabývám rekondičním pobytem v léčebných lázních Vesna a léčbou v dětské léčebně se speleoterapií v Ostrově u Macochy. Kazuistiky jsou zpracovány o čtyřech dětských pacientech s diagnózou astma bronchiale.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	In this thesis I am concerned with the issues of childhood asthma treatment and the influence of recondition stays. The theoretical part is focused on the issues of asthma bronchiale disease, climate therapy and lung rehabilitation and its segments, which are an important part of the treatment. In the practical part I describe the recondition stay in the spa called Vesna Children Treatment Centre and in Ostrov u Macochy Children Treatment Centre with speleotherapy. I have recorded the case histories in four children patients with asthma bronchiale diagnosis.	en
