| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části - na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se skládá z teorie Crohnovy choroby. Zabývá se výskytem, příčinami, průběhem, diagnostikou, léčbou, nezbytnou dietou a možnostmi reprodukce s touto chorobou. V praktické části, která doplňuje teoretickou část, jsou podrobně popsány kazuistiky respondentů, kteří Crohnovou chorobou onemocněli. Jsou zde popsány také jejich pocity při zjištění Crohnovy choroby. Analýza, interpretace a hodnocení dat v empirické části práce přináší informace o stupni kvality života jedinců s Crohnovou chorobou. | cs |
