dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá šokovými stavy v urgentní medicíně, je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je rozdělena na dvě kapitoly. V první kapitole teoretické části se věnujeme obecným informacím o šoku, jako je například jeho patofyziologie, fáze a rozdělení. Druhá kapitola teoretické části se věnuje terapii, která zahrnuje protokol ABCDE, monitoraci a tekutinovou resuscitaci. V praktické části podrobně rozebíráme kazuistiky, které jsme dohledali v dokumentaci ZZS ÚK. V praktické části na základě získaných kazuistik zjišťujeme přístup k pacientovi dle ABCDE protokolu, porovnáváme postupy uváděné v literatuře s postupy s výjezdovou skupinou ZZS a zjišťujeme zajištění tekutinové resuscitace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with shock states in emergency medicine, it is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters. The first chapter of the theoretical part deals with general information about shock, such as its pathophysiology, phase and division. The second chapter of the theoretical part deals with therapy, which includes the ABCDE protocol, monitoring and fluid resuscitation. In the practical part, we analyze in detail the case studies we have found in the documentation of the ZZS Úk. In the practical part in the light of case studies, we find access to pacinetovi by ABCDE Protocol, comparing methods reported in the literature with the practice of ZZS Úk crews assess and ensure fluid resuscitation.en
