dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce je zaměřena na kolizní normy manželského práva. Cílem práce je ověřit, zdali hraniční určovatel lex patriae je stále nejvýznamnějším hraničním určovatelem v oblasti manželského práva. Společně s tím je předmětem této práce vytvořit ucelenou analýzu hraničních určovatelů obsažených v jednotlivých kolizních normách manželského práva.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on the conflict of laws rules used in matrimonial law. The question that the author tries to answer is whether even nowadays, is lex patriae still the most significant connecting factor has when it comes to matrimonial law or whether its role decreased over the time. Together with the above, the subject of this thesis is also to provide a comprehensive analysis of connecting factors which are contained in various conflict of laws rules concerning matters of matrimonial law.en
