dc.description.abstract	Téma bakalářské práce je zaměřeno na historický vývoj a současnost kojeneckých ústavů a dětských domovů pro děti od 0 do 6 let věku. Cílem této práce je porovnání rozdílů v poslání kojeneckých ústavů a dětských domovů od 0 do 3 let dříve a nyní, potvrzení teorie profesora Matějčka o vzniku současných kojeneckých ústavů a dětských domovů, porovnání důvodů přijetí dětí do zařízení dříve a nyní, posouzení péče o děti v historii a současnosti a porovnání podmínek náhradní rodinné péče dříve a nyní. Výsledky bakalářské práce vycházejí z dostupných historických faktů a doložených skutečností, dále ze studia 34 současných kojeneckých ústavů a dětských domovů pro děti od 0 do 6 let z celé České republiky a z vlastních zkušeností.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The theme of the Bachelor thesis is focused on the historical development and present of health care institutions and children's homes for children from 0 to 6 years of age. The aim of this work is to compare the differences in the Mission of the health care institutions and children's homes from 0 to 3 years earlier and now, the confirmation of the theory of Professor Matějčka on the origin of the current health care institutions and children's homes, the comparison of the reasons the reception of children into the device before, and now, the assessment of child care in the history and present conditions and comparison of alternative family care, before and now.
