| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá metodou ošetření měkkých tkání nástrojovou asistencí (IASTM) s cílením na fasciální tkáň a efektivitou jejího použití ve fyzioterapeutické praxi. Teoretická část je zaměřená na základní popis metody, její vznik a historii využívání nástrojů v terapii. Dále se teorie zabývá popisem, rovněž zásadami, účinky a využitím nástrojů "fazer" v rehabilitaci. V poslední kapitole teoretické části jsou uvedeny poznatky o algometrii a o využití této metody k měření nocicepce pacientů v praxi. Část praktická zkoumá celkově 25 probandů. Výzkumná skupina byla nejdříve podrobena vstupnímu vyšetření a následně byla instruována o průběhu a cíli celého šetření. Hlavní část byla zaměřená na ošetření fasciální etáže pomocí fasciálních nožů fazer dle daných zásad, přičemž byla pozorována efektivita metody a její účinky. V období výzkumu byli probandi dotazováni na subjektivní změny intenzity bolesti a byla jimi vyplňována vizuální analogová škála bolesti. Všechny naměřené hodnoty byly následně vyhodnoceny. Výsledkem této práce bylo zjištění, zda je ošetření fasciální etáže probandů nástrojovou asistencí fazer ideální terapeutickou variantou. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis deals with treatment method called Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) targeting fascial tissue and the effectiveness of its use in physiotherapy practice. The theoretical part focuses on basic description of the method, its origin and history of the use of instruments in therapy. The theory also deals with the description, principles, effects and use of "fazer" in rehabilitation. In the last chapter of the theoretical part the knowledge about algometry the method of measuring nociception of patients is presented. The practical part examines a total of 25 probands. The research group was at first subjected to an initial examination and then briefed on the process and objectives of the whole research. The main part focused on therapy of fascial tissue with fascial tools fazer according to the given principles, and the effectiveness of the method and its effects were applied. During the research, probands were asked about subjective changes in pain intensity, and these values were subsequently evaluated. The outcome of this thesis was to determine whether the treatment of fascial layer of probands with instrument assistance fazer is ideal therapeutic option. | en |
