dc.description.abstractTato rigorózní práce se zabývá problematikou kyberšikany a navazujících patologických fenoménů se kterými se zejména děti potkávají v online prostoru. Těmito vybranými navazujícími fenomény jsou kyberstalking, kybergrooming a sexting. Rigorózní práce je rozdělena do šesti základních kapitol. První kapitola v stručnosti vymezuje základní pojmy. Každá z následujících kapitol pojednává o vybraném fenoménu a obsahuje jeho vymezení, analýzu z pohledu trestního práva hmotného, analýzu nebo popis vybraného případu týkajícího se daného fenoménu, vybrané kriminologické aspekty a dílčí závěr. Poslední kapitola je praktickou částí této rigorózní práce a obsahuje interpretaci dotazníkového průzkumu zaměřeného na zjištění četnosti a forem kyberšikany a kybergroomingu mezi žáky druhého stupně základních škol. Cílem této rigorózní práce je především poskytnout systematického a uceleného průvodce vybranými patologickými jevy a upozornit na rizika, která s sebou přinášejí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Rigorous thesis deals with the issue of cyberbullying and related pathological phenomena that children in particular encounter in the online space. These selected related phenomena are cyberstalking, cybergrooming and sexting. The Rigorous thesis is divided into six basic chapters. The first chapter briefly defines the basic concepts. Each of the following chapters deals with a selected phenomenon and contains its definition, analysis from the point of view of substantive criminal law, analysis or description of a selected case related to the phenomenon, selected criminological aspects and a partial conclusion. The last chapter is the practical part of this thesis and contains the interpretation of a questionnaire survey aimed at finding out the frequency and forms of cyberbullying and cybergrooming among pupils of the second grade of primary schools. The aim of this Rigorous thesis is primarily to provide a systematic and comprehensive guide to selected pathological phenomena and to draw attention to the risks they bring.en
