Petra Poková Počet stran: 89 Počet příloh: 9 Počet titulů použité literatury: 22 Klíčová slova: psychické poruchy, Obsedantně - kompulzivní porucha, ergoterapie Souhrn: Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o využití ergoterapeutických postupů u klientů s Obsedantně - kompulzivní poruchou. Dělí se na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje kapitoly a subkapitoly, kde je více specifikována tato diagnóza a s ní přidružená problematika. Ta bývá často u nemocného spojena s různými typy dalších příznaků emočního prožívání. Praktická část obsahuje 3 případové studie klientů s Obsedantně kompulzivní poruchou, průběh od začátku jejich nemoci, vyšetření, následně využití ergoterapeutických postupů při jednotlivých sezeních a jejich zhodnocení. V bakalářské práci byly 2 zvolené hypotézy potvrzeny, 1 hypotéza se nepotvrdila. Výsledky sledování ukazují, že vlivem zvolených terapií je možno klientům s touto diagnózou pomoci k postupnému odstranění nepříjemných myšlenek, pokud je klient schopen s Vámi spolupracovat a začít na sobě sám pracovat. | cs |

Petra Poková Number of pages: 89 Number of appendices: 9 Number of literature items used: 22 Key words: psychical disorders, Obsessive compulsive disorder, occupational therapy Summary: This thesis discusses the use of occupational therapy practice with clients with obsessive - compulsive disorder. They are divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains chapters and subchapters, which is more specified by this diagnosis and the associated problems. This is often a patient associated with various other symptoms of emotional experiences. The practical part contains three case studies of clients with obsessive - compulsive disorder progression from the beginning of their illness, examination, then the use of occupational therapy practice during individual sessions and their evaluation. In the thesis were chosen two hypotheses confirmed, one hypothesis was not confirmed. Monitoring results show that the influence of selected therapies is possible to clients with this diagnosis to help the gradual elimination of unpleasant thoughts, if the client is able to cooperate with you and begin to work to himself. | en |
