dc.description.abstract-translatedIn conclusion, it can be concluded that even though compliance programs represent a certain administrative burden for companies, their importance in application practice is growing. This is helped by the rapid development and trend of increasing legislation that may fall under the law of compliance. This is undoubtedly helped by the practice of control (supervisory) bodies. Com- panies are beginning to perceive that the creation of an effective compliance program, which can help them to release themselves from responsibility for illegal actions, is a good investment for the future. In conclusion, I would like to state that a reasonable and effectively implemented compliance program can represent a significant competitive advantage for the institution in many cases.en
