dc.description.abstractVe své diplomové práci se budu zabývat římským procesním právem. Podívám se nejprve na historii fungování římského soudnictví se zaměřením na rozbor jednotlivých vývojových etap v chronologické posloupnosti. Dále se budu zabývat vlivem římského práva na našem území, a to od prvních zmínek pronikání římských prvků až po současný NOZ. Cílem diplomové práce je přinést ucelený pohled na vývoj římského procesu a následná analýza jeho vlivu na utváření procesních postupů a pravidel na našem území.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn my diploma thesis, I shall deal with the topic of Roman procedural law. First, I will examine the history of the functioning of the Roman judiciary, focusing on the analysis of individual developmental stages in chronological order. I will also explore the influence of Roman law in our country, from the first mention of the pervasion of the Roman elements to the present day NCC. The aim of the diploma thesis is to provide a comprehensive insight into the development of the Roman legal procedure and a subsequent analysis of its impact on the formation of legal procedures and principles in our country.en
