dc.description.abstractPráce se zaměřuje na popis stanov u společnosti s ručením omezeným co by svého organizačního řádu a sekundárního pramene vlastního statusu a vzájemných práv a povinností angažovaných osob. Práce srovnává ostatní primární dokumenty mezi dalšími obchodními společnostmi a zároveň je srovnává s úpravou práva Spolkové republiky Německo, Rakouska a Slovenské republiky. Akcentována zde je budoucnost úpravy ve formě navrhovaného zákona o obchodních korporacích.cs
