dc.description.abstractTématem této diplomové práce je Vzdělávání úředníků ve veřejné správě. Jedním z cílů práce je přehledně a srozumitelně popsat systém vzdělávání úředníků v České republice. Dalším cílem práce je popsat systém a možnosti vzdělávání úředníků na Magistrátu města Plzně a zjistit, zda jsou úředníci s tímto systémem vzdělávání seznámeni a spokojeni. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části a je rozčleněna do pěti kapitol. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů a popisem systému vzdělávání jak úředníků územních samosprávných celků, tak státních zaměstnanců. Poslední kapitola tvoří praktickou část práce a je zaměřena na systém a možnosti vzdělávání úředníků na Magistrátu města Plzně.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of the thesis is education of civil servants in public administration. One of the aims of the thesis is to describe the system of education of civil servants in the Czech Republic in a clear and understandable way. Another aim of the thesis is to describe the system and possibilities of training of civil servants at the Municipality of Pilsen and to find out whether civil servants are familiar and satisfied with this system of training. The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part and is divided into five chapters. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the definition of basic terms and description of the system of education of both local government officials and civil servants. The last chapter forms the practical part of the thesis and focuses on the system and possibilities of training of civil servants at the Municipality of Pilsen.en
