dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá referendem o nezávislosti Skotska, které se bude konat 18. září 2014, a skotskými perspektivami samostatného členství v mezinárodních organizacích. Práce je založena na předpokladu, že zmiňované referendum umožňuje faktické vyhlášení nezávislosti Skotska na zbytku Spojeného království. Jejím záměrem je analyzovat skotské perspektivy týkající se vstupu a členství v mezinárodních organizacích a posoudit, zda by případné členství nezávislého Skotska bylo relativně přímočaré či nikoliv. V průběhu práce je postupně odpovídáno na stanovené výzkumné otázky: Jaké jsou perspektivy nezávislého skotského státu z hlediska vstupu do mezinárodních organizací? a Jaká by byla nejpravděpodobnější pozice nezávislého skotského státu z hlediska principů mezinárodního práva?cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor thesis is dealing with the Scottish independence referendum, which will be held on 18th September 2014, and Scotland´s perspectives of a separate membership in international organizations. The thesis is based on the assumption that the outcome of the Scottish independence referendum in favour of independence allows Scotland to become de facto a new, separate and independent state. The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to analyze the Scottish perspectives of the entrance and membership in international organizations and consider whether the Scottish membersip will be relatively straightforward or not. The purpose of the thesis is to answer these research questions: What are the perspectives for the independent Scottish state in terms of joining international organizations? and What would the most likely position of the independent Scottish state in terms of the principles of international law be?en
