dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na tvorbu soutěžní choreografie step aerobiku určené pro děti předškolního věku. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout a popsat tvorbu pohybové skladby tak, aby odpovídala fyzickým, motorickým a psychickým možnostem této věkové skupiny a zároveň splňovala estetické a technické požadavky soutěžního vystoupení. Teoretická část práce pojednává o významu pohybové aktivity v raném věku, specifikách step aerobiku a fázích tvorby pohybové skladby dle odborné literatury. Praktická část se věnuje konkrétnímu procesu tvorby choreografie s motivem "Šmoulinky". Práce může sloužit jako inspirace pro pedagogy, trenéry i choreografy působící v oblasti předškolní tělesné výchovy a sportovní přípravy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of a competitive step aerobics choreography designed for preschool children. The aim of the thesis was to design and describe the creation of a movement routine that corresponds to the physical, motor, and psychological capabilities of this age group, while also meeting the aesthetic and technical requirements of a competitive performance. The theoretical part discusses the importance of physical activity in early childhood, the specifics of step aerobics, and the phases of creating a movement composition according to professional literature. The practical part is dedicated to the specific process of creating a choreography with the theme "The Smurfs." This work can serve as inspiration for educators, trainers, and choreographers working in the field of preschool physical education and sports training.en
