| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce obsahu mikrostrukturní a faktografické rozbory zkušebního heterogenního svarového spoje žáropevných ocelí P92 a CB2 určeného pro svařování potrubí parovodu s litými komponentami turbíny pracující při teplotách 600 °C a více. Pomocí světelné, řádkovací a transmisní elektronové mikroskopie byla zmapována mikrostruktura svarového spoje v základních materiálech ocelí CB2 a P92, v tepelně ovlivněných zónách a ve svarovém kovu ve stavu po svaření a tepelném zpracování a po dlouhodobých zkouškách tečení. Byla určena kritická oblast svarového spoje z hlediska creepového porušení a byly analyzovány příčiny šíření lomu v této oblasti. Měření profilu tvrdosti napříč svarovým spojem před a po zkouškách tečení bylo použito pro posouzení vlivu dlouhodobého creepu na pevnost svarového spoje a bylo pozorováno se změřenou creepovou pevností svarového spoje. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Diploma thesis includes microstructural and fractographic anal-yses of a trial dissimilar weld joint made of creep resistant CB2 and P92 steels and designed for joining of pipelines with cast components of turbines of fossil fuel power plants operated at temperatures above 600°C. Light, scanning and transmission electron microscopy were used for investigation of microstruc-ture of the base materials, CB2 and P92 steels, the heat affected zones and the weld metal in conditions after welding and post-weld heat treatment and after the long-term creep testing. A critical zone was determined from a point of view of the creep failure and causes of fractures were analyzed. Hardness profiles across the weld joint were measured before and after creep tests, which were used for assessment of influence of long-term creep at high temperatures on strength of the weld joint. These profiles were compared with the creep strength of the weld joint. | en |
