dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na účetní systém ve společnosti DARUMA spol. s r. o. V teoretické části se práce zabývá charakteristikou účetnictví a metodickými prvky účetnictví. Následuje vymezení legislativní úpravy účetnictví v České republice. Poté jsou popsány přípravné práce před účetní uzávěrkou, účetní uzávěrka a účetní závěrka a charakterizovány účetní výkazy. Praktická část obsahuje obecné informace o společnosti včetně její SWOT analýzy a finanční analýzy. Tato část dále popisuje účetní program společnosti, účetní metody a obecné účetní zásady společnosti. Následuje analýza účetní uzávěrky a závěrky společnosti včetně přípravných prací. Na základě vyhodnocení situace zpracovává návrhy na možné zlepšení efektivity účetního systému podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis dissertation thesis is related to accounting system in a limited company DARUMA. The theoretical part is dealing with characteristics of accounting and methodological elements of accounting. Followed by the definition of legislating accounting in the Czech Republic. Further the description of the preparatory works before closing of books, closing of books, final accounts and characteristics of financial statements. Practical part contains general information about the company, presenting its SWOT analysis and financial analysis. This part is furthemore analysing the accounting system in the company, accounting methods and general accounting principles of the company. Followed by analysis of closing of books and final accounts including the preparatory works before closing of books. The results of the analysis lead to possible recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the company´s accounting system.en
