dc.description.abstractTématem diplomové práce je měření a řízení výkonnosti podniku. Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit přístupy k měření a řízení podnikové výkonnosti ve vybraném podniku. Teoretická část, která je založena na literární rešerši, se zabývá vysvětlením pojmu výkonnosti podniku a představením tradičních, moderních a komplexních přístupů k měření finanční výkonnosti podniku. Praktická část zahrnuje představení vybraného podniku a SWOT analýzu. Následně je provedena analýza a hodnocení stávajícího systému měření a řízení výkonnosti ve vybraném podniku. Na základě provedené analýzy je na závěr navrženo doporučení ke zlepšení řízení výkonnosti ve vybraném podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this thesis is the measurement and management of the business performance. The main target is to analyze and evaluate the different approaches to the measurement and management of the business performance in a selected company. The thesis consist of two parts. The theoretical part is based on the literature research and explains the concept of the business performance as well as introduce traditional, modern and complex approach to the measurement of the business financial performance. The second practical part includes introduction of selected company and SWOT analysis, followed by the analysis and evaluation of the existing system of measurement and business performance management in the selected company. Based on the performed analysis, a recommendation to improve performance management in the selected company is proposed.en
