| dc.description.abstract | Obsahem této práce je popsat všechny transporty z terezínského ghetta do Osvětimi-Birkenau mezi zářím 1943 a květnem 1944. Transportní vlny byly v tomto období internovány do tzv. terezínského rodinného tábora. Příčinou transportů bylo nucené snížení počtu českých obyvatel terezínského ghetta za účelem zkrášlení Terezína a zlikvidování možného vzniku vzpoury českých vězňů. Současně měl být světu pomocí transportů dokázán poklidný a ničím nerušený život v ?pracovním táboře? Birkenau. Práce zahrnuje tři transportní vlny, které směřovaly do tzv. terezínského rodinného tábora. Jednotlivě transporty jsou v práci analyzovány od počátku deportace z terezínského ghetta po jejich konečný osud v plynových komorách. Deportace jsou vzájemně komparovány v otázce skladby vězňů jednotlivých transportů a jejich konkrétních osudů. Samostatná kapitola představuje každodenní život v táboře. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this thesis is to describe all transports from Terezin Ghetto to Osvetim-Birkenau from September 1943 to May 1944. In this period the transportation groups were interned to so-called Terezin family camp. The cause of transports was forced reduction of number of Czech inhabitants of Terezin ghetto in order to beautify Terezin and to liquidate a possible rise of revolt of Czech prisoners. At the same time it was meant to show calm and untroubled life in ?work camp? Birkenau. The thesis is focused on three transportation waves that went to so-called Terezin family camp. The separate transports are analyzed from the beginning of transfer from Terezin ghetto to their final destiny in gas chambers. The transfers are compared in issues like structure of prisoners in particular transports and their concrete destiny. A separated chapter deals with everyday life in the camp. At the same time there are explained the privileges of prisoners and the cause of exceptional dealing with this camp. | en |
