dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku interrupcí. Nejdříve vysvětluje rozdíl mezi samotným pojmem interrupce a potrat. Poté se zabývá právní úpravou této oblasti, a to jak v kontextu historickém, tak současném. Dále se také věnuje interrupční úpravě ve světě a hlavním názorovým proudům, jenž se ve společnosti ohledně této problematiky vyskytují. Jejím hlavním cílem bylo zjistit postoj české společnosti k právu na interrupci a porovnat rozdíly mezi názory žen a mužů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis master´s thesis deals with the topic of abortion, or more precisely with artificial abortion. First, it explains the difference between an artificial abortion and an abortion. It then looks at the legal regulation of this area in both a historical and current context. It also looks at the regulation of abortion in the world and the main currents of opinion that exist in society on the subject. Its main aim was to find out the attitude of Czech society towards the right to abortion and to compare the differences between the opinions of women and men.en
