dc.description.abstractJen velmi malé procento populace má určité povědomí, že tato soudní instance existuje. Což má za důsledek v tom, že nevíme, jak tento soud pracuje a jaké jsou možnosti v jeho využívání. Začala bych tím, jaké byly důvody pro vznik tohoto soudu a dále jeho další vývoj po dobu jeho fungování. Následuje organizační struktura tohoto soudu. Nejvíce bych se zaměřila na druhy řízení u CAS, jelikož jsou tu hned čtyři možnosti řízení, které je možné využít.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedOver time sports law has developed and this development is linked with development of the CAS in recent years. The Court has developed to the organization with a very diverse set of decisions. These decisions deal with different kinds of problems such as legal opinions, decisions of ad hoc tribunal at the Olympic Games or another sports events or doping cases. In this time the CAS is regarded to be the highest judicial body of the sport which should operate in the most serious and most discussed cases. At the same time there is still great potential for CAS to expand.en
