dc.description.abstractV diplomové práci píše autor o svobodě projevu a jejich ústavních limitech. Svoboda projevu je velmi důležité základní lidské právo, které je ústavně chráněno. V diplomové práci se zabývá svobodou projevu, její historií, právní i teoretickou charakteristikou. Dále zkoumá možnosti omezení základních práv a svobod a možnosti omezení svobody projevu. Dále se věnuje ochraně osobnosti, kdy se nejvíce zaměřil na právo na soukromí, které může často stát v kolizi se svobodou projevu. V poslední části se autor zaměřil na svobodu projevu v kyberprostoru, kde se zabýval problematikou nenávistných komentářů tzv. hate speech. Právě problematika nenávistných komentářů v kyberprostoru, je jedním ze současných problému svobody projevu a internetu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn this thesis, the author writes about freedom of speech and its constitutional limits. Freedom of speech is a very important fundamental human right that is constitutionally protected. The thesis deals with freedom of speech, its history, legal and theoretical characteristics. It also explores the possibilities of restrictions on fundamental rights and freedoms and the possibilities of restrictions on freedom of speech. Furthermore, the author focuses on the protection of personality, where he most focused on the right to privacy, which can often be in conflict with freedom of speech. In the last part, the author focused on freedom of speech in cyberspace, where he dealt with the issue of hate speech (called hate speech). The issue of hateful comments in cyberspace is one of the current problems of freedom of speech and the Internet.en
