dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí u pacientů s tuberkulózou. V teoretické části je popsána historie tohoto onemocnění, jeho definice, epidemiologie, klinický obraz, diagnostika, léčba. Dále pak mimoplicní forma tuberkulózy, rezistentní forma. Systém dohledu nad tuberkulózou v České republice, výskyt tuberkulózy v ČR. Specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s tuberkulózou. V praktické části se ve dvou kazuistikách věnuji ošetřovatelské péči, interpretuji rozhovor s pacienty a zjišťuji do jaké míry jsou pacienti o svém onemocnění informovánics
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis dissertation is going to persue the treatments of patient suffering from tuberculosis. In the theoretical part, the history of this disease is described, followed by its definition, epidemiology, symptomalogy, diagnosis and treatment. Furthermore, this paper is going to be studying the extrapulmanory, form and the resistent form of tuberculosis, the prevention of this disease in The Czech Republic, the occurrence of tuberculosis in our country and worldwide, and the specifics of its treatment. Justified in two casuistries, in the practical part, I am going to be focusing on the treatment of tuberculosis, as well as conducting several interviews with patients, amongst others to measure the amount of information they have acquired about their disease.en
