dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem invazivních forem meningokokových onemocnění. V teoretické části je popsána etiologie, patogeneze a terapie těchto onemocnění, včetně veškerých specifik. Zároveň je teoretická část věnována anatomii, fyziologii a patologii centrální nervové soustavy. V praktické části je uvedena modelová situace vytvořená na podkladě dat získaných z dokumentace FN Plzeň, která popisuje pacienta s tímto onemocněním. Na základě této modelové situace je zkoumána schopnost studentů oboru Zdravotnický záchranář toto onemocnění rozpoznat a aplikovat správný terapeutický postup.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on the topics of invasive forms of meningococcal disease. The theoretical part describes the etiology, pathogenesis and therapy of these diseases, including all specifics. At the same time, the theoretical part is focused on anatomy, physiology and pathology of the central nervous system. The practical part presents a model situation based on data obtained from the documentation of FN Plzeň, which describes a patient with this disease. The ability of paramedic - students to recognize this disease and to apply the correct therapeutic procedure is examined based on this model situation.en
