| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zaměřila na problematiku nastavování hranic mezi sociálním pracovníkem a klientem v NZDM. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část obsahuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti sociálního pracovníka, nízkoprahového centra pro děti a mládež a hranic vztahu. Druhá část je zaměřena na metodologii a popis výzkumného šetření. Poslední část se věnuje interpretaci zjištěných výsledků z výzkumu. Cíle bylo zjistit, jak si pracovníci NZDM nastavují hranice vztahu s klienty. Skrze hlavní výzkumnou otázku: Jak si sociální pracovníci NZDM nastavují hranice vztahu s jejich klienty? Výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že nastavování hranic je subjektivním procesem ale jedním z hlavních aspektů je cílová skupina služby. Takže se ve většině odpovědí sociální pracovníci shodovali. S překročením hranic vztahu se setkali všichni respondenti a vnímají tyto situace jako součást svojí práce. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The work focused on the issue of setting boundaries between social worker and client in youth drop in center. The work is divided into three parts. The first part contains theoretical findings related to field of social worker, low-threshold facility for children and youth and setting relationship boundaries between them. The second part focuses on the methodology and description of the research investigation. The last part is devoted to the interpretation of the research findings. The objectives were to find out how the workers of the YWCA set the boundaries of the relationship with the clients. Through the main research question: How do social workers set the boundaries of their relationship with their clients in youth drop in centers? The research found that setting boundaries is a subjective process but one of the main aspects is the target group of the service. Thus, social workers agreed in most of the answers. All the respondents have encountered relationship boundary crossings and understand these dual relationships as part of their work. | en |
