| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá novými trendy fyzioterapie po plastice předního zkříženého vazu. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie, biomechanika a patofyziologie předního zkříženého vazu. Další kapitoly teoretické části práce se věnují specifikům v diagnostice léze předního zkříženého vazu a možnostmi jeho operační rekonstrukce. Závěr teoretické části je zaměřen na fyzioterapeutické postupy po plastice předního zkříženého vazu a na sestavení rehabilitačního plánu. V praktické části této bakalářské práce jsou zpracovány čtyři kazuistiky pacientů po operační rekonstrukci předního zkříženého vazu. Každá ze zpracovaných kazuistik obsahuje anamnézu, vstupní a výstupní vyšetření. Praktická část je zakončena diskuzí nad výsledky kazuistického šetření. U všech sledovaných probandů bylo dosaženo pozitivních objektivních i subjektivních výsledků po šesti týdnech pooperační rehabilitace. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis is focused on new trends in physiotherapy after plastic reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament. The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical one. The theoretical part describes anatomy, biomechanics and pathophysiology of the anterior cruciate ligament. Following chapters concerns with specifics in diagnostics of lesion of the anterior cruciate ligament and possibilities of its plastic reconstruction. The end of the theoretical part deals with both physiotherapeutic procedures after plastic reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament and making rehabilitation plan. In the practical part of this bachelor's thesis has been elaborated case histories of four patients after plastic reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament. Each case includes anamnesis, entrance and final medical examination. The practical part concludes with discussion about results of each case history. In all observed probands was achieved both positiv objective and subjective results after six weeks of postoperative rehabilitation. | en |
