dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se věnuje problematice intoxikace oxidem uhelnatým v přednemocniční neodkladné péči a ochraně výjezdových skupin ZZS. Obsah je rozdělen na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá přiblížením oxidu uhelnatého, jeho vlastnostmi a jeho působením na lidský organismus. Dále jsou představeny diagnostické a terapeutické možnosti intoxikace oxidem uhelnatým. V praktické části jsou pak popsány výsledky kvantitativního výzkumného šetření, které je zaměřené na teoretické znalosti zdravotnických záchranářů a sester se specializací ARIP v oblasti intoxikace oxidem uhelnatým.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is devoted to the problem of carbon monoxide intoxication in pre-hospital emergency care and the protection of ambulance groups. The content is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with an introduction to carbon monoxide, its properties and its effects on the human body. Furthermore, diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities of carbon monoxide intoxication are presented. In the practical part, the results of a quantitative research investigation are described, which is focused on the theoretical knowledge of paramedics and nurses with ARIP specialization in the field of carbon monoxide intoxication.en
