dc.description.abstractVýsledky této diplomové práce ukazují velikou variabilitu a zvláštnosti parazitických druhů organismů. Paraziti mají obrovský význam pro fungování přírodních ekosystémů. Studie dokládá zajímavost a šíři parazitologie jako vědní disciplíny a její moţnosti uplatnění ve výuce na středních a vyšších odborných školách.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedParasitology is a scientific discipline dealing with parasites, its bearers and mutual relations between the former and the latter. The main goal of the master thesis was to accumulate parasites from three basic areas of parasitology: parasitical protozoans, parasitical helmints and parasitical arthropods. The gained samples of parasites were processed into the form of native or constant microscopical sections. They were observed under the microscope or binocular glass and the extensive photographical documentation of the samples was obtained. There were investigated eight samples of protozoans, four samples of helmints and four samples of arthropods. The main goal of whole thesis was to create the laboratory instructions in the form of laboratory protocols for the extended teaching of biology on primary and high schools. The master thesis tries to outline the practical parasitology both to teachers of biology and students. It has the form of interesting exercises practicable in ordinarily equipped primary and high schools. The goal of the practical parasitology is to enrich the teaching of biology with real examples of parasites that are related to other dangerous human parasites.en
