| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na controlling zásob v podniku. Nejprve je v teoretické části vysvětlen pojem controlling a jeho vývoj. Dále jsou představeny controllingové funkce a činnosti. Druhá kapitola obsahuje význam řízení zásob v podniku. V praktické části je stručně charakterizována společnost Wikov Gear s.r.o. Následuje představení informačního systému společnosti. Čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje současnou situaci controllingových aktivit v oblasti zásob v podniku. Na základě provedené analýzy je pak v závěru uvedeno vyhodnocení stavu řízení zásob a vyvozena jsou možná zlepšení. | cs |

Afterwards the controlling functions and activities are explained. The second chapter describes inventory management in the company. Present controllinactivities are specified in the fourth capture.
