dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce bylo srovnání úrovně flexibility dvou prvoligových týmu SK Slavia Praha a FC Viktoria Plzeň. Pomocí funkčních testů jsme zjistili úroveň flexibility dolních končetin jednotlivých hráček, které jsme pomocí tabulek rozřadili. Následně k lepšímu a přehlednějšímu vyhodnocení jsme použili grafy, kde můžeme vidět vzájemnou bilanci obou týmu najednou. Díky celému výzkumu obou týmů, kde jsou klubové podmínky rozdílné, může být pro tým s horšími výsledky přínosné srovnání rozdílů a poté následné zapracování na nedostatcích. Předpokládáme, že výzkum pomůže následně oběma týmů ke zlepšení flexibility jednotlivých hráček a posune tak celý tým zase o kus dál.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this bachelor thesis was to compare the level of flexibility of two major-league teams SK Slavia Praha and FC Viktoria Plzeň. By using functional tests we found out the flexibility level of the lower limbs by each player, which we sorted out by using tables. We also used graphs for a better and clearer evaluation, where we can see the mutual balance of both teams at once. Our research of both teams, where the club conditions are different, can be beneficial for another team with even worse results for comparing the differences and then working on each team's weak points. We assume that our research will help both teams to improve the flexibility of individual players and thus move the whole team a bit further.en
