dc.description.abstractCeliakální sprue je chronické střevní onemocnění charakterizované trvalou nesnášenlivostí lepku. Lepek je bílkovinný komplex, který je obsažen v obilných zrnech. Jedinou kauzální léčbou je bezlepková dieta, kterou musí pacient dodržovat po celý život. Celiakie se může objevit v jakémkoliv věku. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na základní poznatky o nemoci, příznaky, formy, komplikace a diagnostiku nemoci, zvláštní pozornost je věnována léčbě onemocnění. Dále je poukázáno i na kvalitu života jedince s celiakií. Právě o vlivu nemoci na kvalitu života pacienta pojednává praktická část práce, přičemž je kladen důraz na odlišné problémy a vnímání nemoci u dítěte a u dospělého pacienta. Výsledky cílů praktické části jsou shrnuty a porovnány v diskuzi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedCeliac disease is a chronic intestinal disorder, that is characterized by permanent intolerance to gluten. Gluten is a form of protein found in some grains. The only causal treatment is a strict gluten-free diet, which the patient must lifelong adhere. Celiac disease can develop at any age. The theoretical part is focused on the basic knowledge about the disease, symptoms, forms, complications and disease diagnostics, special attention is given to the treatment for the disease. It is also pointed on the quality of life of individuals with celiac disease. The practical part of the work discuss just the impact of disease on the quality of life of the patient and put emphasis on different problems and perceptions of illness in the childhood and in the adulthood. The results of the practical part are summarized and compared in the discussion.en
