| dc.description.abstract | V rámci této bakalářské práce byl naplánován, zrealizován a vyhodnocen amatérský turnaj v ledním hokeji určený výhradně pro neregistrované hráče. Hlavním cílem projektu bylo vytvořit sportovní událost, která by nabídla hráčům z rekreační úrovně možnost zúčastnit se organizovaného turnaje v kvalitním prostředí s důrazem na fair play, soutěžní vyrovnanost a komunitní charakter. Na počátku byly stanoveny konkrétní úkoly, jež bylo třeba splnit. Od definování cíle, řízení zdrojů, sestavení harmonogramu a analýzy rizik, přes propagaci turnaje, získání sponzorů a zajištění personálního i technického zázemí, až po samotnou realizaci a závěrečné vyhodnocení akce. Všechny tyto kroky byly detailně naplánovány a provedeny v souladu s principy projektového řízení. Turnaj proběhl bez závažnějších organizačních komplikací a naplnil očekávání zadání. Akce se zúčastnily čtyři týmy, z nichž jeden byl zahraniční, což potvrdilo zájem o obdobné sportovní události i mimo rámec registrovaných soutěží. Získaná zpětná vazba od hráčů i diváků byla převážně pozitivní a přinesla cenné podněty pro zlepšení dalších ročníků. Tato práce může přispět k rozvoji komunitního a amatérského sportu v Mariánských Lázních a okolí. Projekt zároveň dokládá, že realizace obdobných sportovních akcí má nejen organizační, ale i společenský přínos, a může sloužit jako inspirace pro další pořadatele. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Within the framework of this bachelor thesis an amateur ice hockey tournament was planned, implemented and evaluated exclusively for non-registered players. The main objective of the project was to create a sporting event that would offer recreational level players the opportunity to participate in an organized tournament in a quality environment with an emphasis on fair play, competitive balance and community character. At the outset, specific tasks were set to be accomplished. From defining the goal, managing resources, setting up a schedule and risk analysis, to promoting the tournament, obtaining sponsors and securing staff and technical support, to the actual implementation and final evaluation of the event. All these steps were planned in detail and carried out in accordance with the principles of project management. The tournament took place without any major organizational complications and met the expectations of the assignment. Four teams participated in the event, one of which was from abroad, which confirmed the interest in similar sporting events outside of registered competitions. The feedback received from players and spectators was mostly positive and provided valuable suggestions for improving future editions. This work can contribute to the development of community and amateur sport in Mariánské Lázně and the surrounding area. The project also demonstrates that the implementation of similar sporting events has not only organizational but also social benefits and can serve as an inspiration for other organizers. | en |
